Support for Infrastructure Development

Having one’s own home is a dream of everyone. However, lack of financial resources stand on the way of many people from fulfilling this dream. Over the years K Chittilappilly Foundation has reached out to thousands of people in need of funds for building a home, directly to individuals as well as by contributing to various housing projects undertaken by the government, other through other credible NGOs and associations.

As part of this initiative, K Chittlappilly Foundation has joined hands with one of the noted media houses in Kerala, 'Mathrubhumi', with a mission entitled ‘Ente Veedu’ to build 1000 houses for the homeless.

To support a similar initiative by the Kerala state government - ‘Life Mission’ programme – whereby homeless people are given aid for house construction, the Foundation has offered Rs.25 crore for providing Rs.2.5 lakh each to a 1,000 people.

    Construction of new house in own land

  • Scheme will be undertaken all over Kerala, but only within Kerala.
  •  Beneficiary should belong to lower income group and he/she or family should not own any house anywhere in India.
  • This scheme is for construction of new house for those who are having own land.
  • Beneficiary should have own land in his/her name and it should not me more than 5 cents (2.02ares).
  • Maximum construction area should be 600 sq ft.
  • Maximum project cost Rs. 6 Lakhs.
  • Maximum Funding by KCF towards construction cost –Rs 4 lakhs.
